Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We’ll assist with a quick resolution.
International Shipping
Available to select countries. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days post-dispatch. Customs duties/taxes are borne by the recipient as per local regulations.
