Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand by our quality. If you are not fully satisfied, here are our simple and transparent policies.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The return/exchange request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Only products purchased from our official store or website are eligible.
Note: We do not accept returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons), clearance/sale items, or customized jewellery unless there is a genuine defect.

2. Return Reasons We Accept

  • Wrong product received.
  • Item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Size or design is not as described or differs significantly from images.

We do not accept returns for minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if the product is damaged.
  3. We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  4. Important: All return shipments must be approved by our team before you send the product back.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
  • For other reasons (change of mind, size issues), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.
  • We do not offer cash refunds in person.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design (within the same price range), once we receive the original product, we’ll ship the new item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Earrings (due to hygiene)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Gift cards or vouchers

8. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund. Contact us immediately.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellation isn’t possible. You may request a return after delivery as per the policy above.
